With a background in banking, licensed software management and travel, she joined her current company at the end of 2022 to make a meaningful impact on workers' lives globally.

As Operations Manager, she oversees a range of responsibilities, including people operations, payroll, human resources, contracting and budgeting. She is passionate about supporting her team in driving positive change, particularly in conducting due diligence and monitoring working conditions through worker engagement technologies along global supply chains. She is deeply committed to the team’s mission of helping companies identify, address and prevent human rights violations, fostering safer and more ethical work environments across industries.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, biking to the sea, or walking through the Dutch dunes. She loves exploring new places, especially trying local cuisines while travelling in a camper van (ideally!). Nature, sports, and reading are essential to her, and she seizes every opportunity to hike in the mountains—a passion she has missed since moving to the Netherlands.
