Allaa has always been driven by a deep desire to help people live better lives. Volunteering with NGOs to support women and minorities was a natural extension of this passion. When she saw the job posting for &Wider, she knew it was a calling. With seven years of experience as a researcher, Allaa saw an opportunity to combine her passion for human rights with her deep love for research.

As an Implementation Account Manager, Allaa ensures the smooth execution of projects, from onboarding clients and suppliers to delivering actionable insights. Her role allows her to creatively solve challenges, optimize processes, and ensure that projects align with the ultimate goal of amplifying workers' voices and improving conditions across supply chains.

Originally from Egypt, Allaa has been living in the Netherlands for the past eight years. In her free time, she channels her creativity through photography and cinematography. She also has a deep appreciation for the past and loves collecting antiques, with a particular fondness for vintage cameras and typewriters.

When she’s not working or curating her antique collection, she enjoys exploring new stories and perspectives, both through her lens and in her work to make the world a better place.
